Janet PaisleyJanet has provided mental health services since 1987. Her clinical training includes experience with adult and adolescent inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency and eating disorder treatment in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, the Baylor-Parkside Lodge in Dallas/Fort Worth, and the Faulkner Center in Austin. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Texas Womanʼs University and Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed her graduate work with a clinical internship at the Community Service Office of the Menninger Clinic in Topeka, Kansas.

During a post-masterʼs fellowship year in clinical social work at the Menninger Clinic, Janet was hired as a team social worker on the Professionals in Crisis Unit, and received supervision in individual, group, and family therapy. The following year she was hired as a family therapist in the Menninger Childrenʼs Hospital.

Subsequent to her fellowship, Janet completed a two-year externship in family therapy. She served on the staff and faculty at Menninger, teaching family therapy to fellows and residents. Janet is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
